Jason Liu

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jason Liu has extensive leadership experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Univa UD, Liu served most recently as CEO of Intrinsic Technologies, the premier Microsoft infrastructure software and services provider, whose customers include 31 of the Top 100 Fortune Companies.

Prior to joining Intrinsic Technologies, Liu served as CEO of Callisto Software, leading the company to successful growth and eventual acquisition by Novell in 2001. Liu's longtime industry experience also includes serving as CFO and SVP of Corporate Services for Ravisent Technologies. He joined Ravisent at the seed stage and was one of two key executives who led the company's tremendous growth, making it the "9th Fastest Growing Company in the United States from 1994-1998" (Deloitte & Touche/Forbes). While at Ravisent, Liu led the company through four successful acquisitions and spearheaded an IPO that brought the company to a $1billion market value.

Liu previously served as Executive Chairman of Mobitrac (acquired by Fluensee) a venture-backed supply chain software company, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Anysource, a digital media software provider.

Liu holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from Washington University.
