With this product subscription, you'll have access to the dedicated team of HPC support experts at Univa backed by Oracle support, the world's largest software support team. Software updates and first level support are provided by Univa, with Linux OS errata and escalation support provided by Oracle through Univa.

Support also includes comprehensive indemnification for intellectual property claims raised against our customers.
