- Work to understand the details of your near-term and longer-term business and IT objectives, with respect to workloads, resource demands, and quality of service requirements.
- Perform an IP assessment, obtaining a detailed understanding of your current hardware and software environment, views on its adequacy, and potential gaps in the solution space and limitations in existing technologies. Identify initiatives already underway or under consideration aimed at addressing those gaps.
- Based on the information gathered in the steps above, we help produce a roadmap that gives direction to your companies infrastructure planning process.
